30 Day Returns

We at OptiContacts.com want you to be always satisfied with your order. Thats why we have return policies that adjust to a changed decision or a mistake with your prescription. These give you enough time to decide and make shopping with us a pleasurable and easy experience!

365 Day Prescription Exchange

When your contact lens prescription changes we would be happy to accept returns for store credit within 365 days from the day you receive your order. Use your store credit towards any future purchase. Store credits do not expire. Returned contact lens boxes must be in original condition, full, sealed, unopened and without writing or markings. To return your items for store credit, please contact customer service for instructions. Glasses and frames can only be returned per the 30 Day Return Policy above.
