"REVIEW UPDATE: First replacements were also wrong, so I called the store and got scheduled for a free subsequent eye exam with a different doctor. Turns out, there was an error from the first exam, but once that was sorted out, the glasses are great! Love the frames, the lenses are spot on. Things I learned from this experience: Kits really does stand behind their product and will make sure things are right. Customer service through the online chat was great to work with and they addressed my concerns without issues. I'll still say that paying for the priority processing is not really necessary. Also, if you decide to order directly with a staff member at the store, be warned that that step actually adds time to the processing, it does not speed it up (which I wrongly assumed). Going to the store is great for personal help and really exactly measurements but go through the actually ordering process yourself online. But all that said, I'll be a repeat customer of Kits and will always refer them. When there was a mistake, they fixed it and didn't make excuses. That speaks volumes about a company! First review: I had such high hopes for these! Don't get me wrong, the frame is great; I love the detailing on the clear frame. But that's where my good review stops...I wear glasses to be able to see, not just for fashion. I had a new eye exam conducted by the eye doctor at the Vancouver storefront, as I knew my prescription had changed. I also know that it can take a bit of time to get used to new progressive lenses. But these are unwearable. Distance, computer, reading....it's all completely wrong. Honestly, it's like they mixed up my prescription with someone else's order. I had actually placed three orders at the same time and each pair is the same wrong prescription. I'm hopeful that there was just a mixup in the processing, but I can honestly say I have never had a pair of glasses made so incorrectly before. Additionally, I had paid for the express shipping and priority processing, in the hopes that it would arrive before a trip out of the country. Unfortunately, I did not find out until after the order was placed that progressives take 3-5 business to process, so even with a priority processing option, there was no way possible to receive these in time. They were processed in 4 days and had overnight shipping (I live within 1 hour of Vancouver). So save your money if you're ordering progressives! If my replacements are wearable, I will definitely update my review!"
