The numbers found on the inside of the temple will be the eye size (lens width), followed by the bridge size, then the temple length. You can then order any frames that are around the same size. If you try on glasses at a store, write the numbers down for reference.

KITS Care Warranty

Every pair of KITS frames already comes with a one year manufacturer warranty and 60 days of unconditional returns. The KITS Care Warranty extends that coverage to provide the peace of mind that if anything should happen to your glasses, even if your prescription changes, KITS will provide you a one-time replacement pair. No questions asked!
Accident prone? Child's prescription keeps changing? Dog thought your glasses were a chew toy? The $10 fee allows you to simply call our Customer Care team and request a new pair through our warranty program. All you'll have to do is pay for the shipping, and we'll send a new pair out to you.
Purchased pairs can be replaced only once under the KITS Care Warranty program. The Warranty is active from the date of delivery for a period of two (2) years. The original purchase must be verified by our customer care team. At the time of ordering a replacement pair you can choose to re-enroll in KITS Care for your new pair for a $10 fee - the delivery date of your new pair of frames will constitute the start of your updated two (2) year Warranty period. Warranty replacements will be for the same style and color - if available. If for any reason your replacement style is sold out, or no longer available, our Customer Care team will work with you to select the closest style. Warranty only covers orders through kits.ca/.com, our kits retail store(s), and approved retailers - thereby excluding other re-sellers.
