The product is great but ordering is always challenging
"I would love to be able to just reorder at a fair price each time. Instead existing longtime customers pay retail unless you hunt around a find a discount code. It would sure be great if returning customers didnt have to do that or pay retail everytime."

"Love my contacts! Confused on price. They were $103.00 a box then went to $148.00 a box when in checkout! What’s with that? "

Long wait for product
"I was disappointed in how long it took to receive my order. Order date was January 12 and delivery date was January 24. The other company I order from delivered in 4 days. "

Disappointed first time customer!
"Online order was fulfilled incorrectly by the Kits.com warehouse. Needed to call customer care, mail back the incorrect Rx lenses, then wait for the correct Rx lenses to be shipped and delivered. When the correct Rx lenses finally arrived, I noticed the box expiration dates were all over the place - from 2027 to 2029. When I ordered in the past from other online retailers, the expiration dates are all the same and farthest date in the future. Not sure if Kits.com offers great prices on older Rx lens stock, but I am now a little leary to do business again. Will need to observe other reviewers to determine if things improve when I need to re-order. "
