Replacement Contacts
"I ordered contacts to get me through until my eye appointment. They were shipped Canada Post, So I did not receive them on time. I rated it a 0. Explained what happened. And they contacted me and send out another order by courier. . In the mean time at my appointment the strength changed. So I contacted Kits, and they replaced them with new prescription and I returned the unopened boxes., of the old prescription., at no extra charge Very pleased with the rep and the service provided. Thank you. "
