Need to claim your vision insurance manually?
Your insurance plan may cover vision expenses, or you may be eligible to use your flexible spending account (FSA) or health spending account (HSA), to reduce or completely cover the cost of your prescription eyewear and contact lens purchases. We have two options to make it easy for you to do that!
Option 1
Use Your FSA or HSA Card At Checkout.
Simply enter your FSA or HSA card number in the credit card field during the regular checkout to apply your FSA to your purchase.
Option 2
Submit an insurance form and/or receipt to your insurance provider
Provide your benefits details and we will fill out a form that you can easily submit to your provider. It will be ready for you in your account for every glasses and contacts order!
