Frequency 55 Toric XR lenses are designed for people with high astigmatism. XR refers to the extended range parameters available with this lens. The Frequency XR has cylinder options starting from a -2.75 and axis options in 5 degree steps, where as the "regular" Frequency 55 Toric cylinder options stop at -2.25 and axis' are available in 10 degree steps. Frequency 55 Toric XR contact lenses are manufactured by CooperVision.
