30 Day Returns
Unopened, complete, sealed lens boxes without writing or markings may be returned for a credit card refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns must arrive in original, saleable condition, packaged in a box and without damage. To return your items, simply call customer service at 1-888-678-4201 or email service@OptiContacts.com. Before returning items, get an RMA number and instructions from customer service.
365 Day Prescription Exchange
If your prescription changes or if you've ordered more lenses than you need, we would be happy to accept returns for store credit within 365 from the day you receive your order. Use your store credit towards any future purchase. Store credits do not expire. Returned lens boxes must be in original condition, full, sealed, unopened and without writing or markings. To return your items for store credit, please contact customer service for instructions.
